Create A Job Posting
Need to create a job to begin hiring student employees?
Complete the Job Requisition Request Form.
Make A Change To An Existing Student Employee
Need to update a student's work assignment: extend their employment, change their end date, increase their pay, end their assignment?
Single Updates: Please use this option for making updates to 1-3 Student Employees.
Mass Updates: Please use this option if you are making an update for 3 or more Student Employees. Upload the appropriate corresponding and completed spreadsheet to your form before you submit it.
Add Additional Assignment Form (ICP):
Use this form to hire a student to do additional work for additional monthly pay. This form is to only be used for students who currently hold a monthly position, such as Community Leaders or Resident Chaplains. This excludes students who currently hold a Graduate Assistant (GA) or Graduate Student Employment Monthly (GSEM) position. To hire a GA or GSEM, please visit the Graduate School’s website.
Student Employees can be on either Biweekly or Monthly Payrolls; they cannot be on both.

Request For Your Student Employee To Work Additional Hours
Need to request approval for your undergraduate student employee to work more than 20 hours per week? This form must be completed once per semester as needed.
Complete the Additional Hours Request Form.
