Sunday, March 9th - Spring break - students can work up to 40 hours per week

Saturday, March 15th - Spring break ends - 20 hours per week cap in effect

April 14th - April 17th - Student Employment Appreciation Week

Saturday, May 3rd - Priority Deadline to submit 2025/2026 Job Requisitions ahead of 2024/2025 Job Requisition Closure

Saturday, May 10th - Last day community service students can work.

Sunday, May 11th - Priority deadline to submit Summer Rehires.

Thursday, May 15th - Priority Deadline to submit Separation requests for all non-graduating students

Friday, May 16th - Last day graduating seniors can work.

Friday, May 16th - Final timecard due at midnight for graduating seniors.

Saturday, May 17th - Students can work up to 40 hours per week if not enrolled in Summer Classes.
