Tuesday, January 20th - First day back in classes - 20 hours per week cap in effect

Thursday, January 15th - Spring Resource Job Fair for International Students

Friday, February 27th - Student Employment Award Nominations are due!

Saturday, March 7th - Spring break - students can work up to 40 hours per week

Sunday, March 15th - Spring break ends - 20 hours per week cap in effect

April 13th - April 17th - Student Employment Appreciation Week

April 15th - Student Employment award winners announced

Saturday, May 9th- Last day community service students can work

Friday, May 1st - Priority deadline to submit Summer Rehires

Monday, May 11th - Deadline to submit Separation requests for all non-graduating students

Friday, May 15th - Last day graduating seniors can work

Friday, May 15th - Final timecard due at midnight for graduating seniors

Sunday, May 17th - Students can work up to 40 hours per week if not enrolled in Summer Classes.

Friday, May 29th- All AY 25-26 reqs will be closed if over 1 year old

Monday, June 1st- Priority Deadline to submit 2026/2027 Job Requisitions
