Request for a Posting/Requisition

Use this form when a new job posting/requisition is needed for your area. Job requisitions are typically posted within 3 business days of submission, but during high volume seasons it can take up to 7 business days for job requisitions to be posted.

Please do not complete this job request form if you are hiring students in School of Business, Truett Seminary or Student Life. Reach out to your Business Officer if you need help hiring a student in one of these departments.

Please ensure that you have Chair/Department Head approval along with the URA (if Grant funded) or Business Officer review to support this request.

Should you need labor distribution for this position other than your department operating budget, contact your assigned URA if charging to a sponsored project, or your Business Officer for all other labor distributions.

Please visit the Ignite Training website to ensure you are familiar with the materials available to support Supervisors.
