Student Employment is a great first step in your career journey helping you gain the work experience necessary to land that first job after graduation. Baylor University's Human Resources department manages the operations of Student Employment on campus and with our approved community partners. Baylor places an average of 4,000 students in student worker jobs every year. Baylor Human Resources is located in Clifton Robinson Tower, 700 S. What We Do

• Provide a central place to learn about Student Employment.
• Post available job positions to which students can apply.
• Process employment paperwork such as Form I-9 and similar.
• Assist student worker supervisors.
