- STEP 1: Learn about Eligibility for Work Documents (example: Form I-9) and overall compliance.
- STEP 2: Follow @BaylorStudentJobs to keep up with new job postings and hiring events.
- STEP 3: Apply to jobs using the Student Job Board and get hired!
- STEP 4: Complete your I-9 at One Stop/Human Resources
- STEP 5: Complete employment documents and the new hire onboarding process in Ignite.
- STEP 6: For questions or help regarding Student Financial Aid visit the One Stop Student Financial Services website.
- STEP 7: Read Baylor University's Civil Rights Policy.
- STEP 8: Start your new Student Employment job and gain real world job experience!
